Nicoise salad
Salade Nicoise is obviously named after its hometown of Nice, of which it is one of the culinary specialties. Today, consumed around the world, salade niçoise is made up of various raw foods and vegetables: tomatoes, beans, celery, purple artichokes, peppers, boiled eggs, anchovies, olives, fillets and olive oil. The official recipe for salade nicoise is not archived, it can be the subject of the most varied additions, such as rice, potatoes, green beans or cooked vegetables.
