Crepes

Pancakes are one of the specialties of the Breton region, where they are usually eaten hot, filled with a sweet or savory filling, and accompanied by a bowl of cider. Pancakes can also be found in other French regions, from Alsace, through Normandy or Pas-de-Calais. Pancakes are variations of pancakes consumed in Canada or the United States.
