Beef bourguignon

Boeuf Bourguignon is a classic dish of French culinary tradition. Relatively popular, this dish was for a long time the Sunday dish par excellence. It is mainly composed of beef and red wine and can be enjoyed with various accompaniments such as pasta, potatoes, carrots or a typical Burgundian garnish of mushrooms, onions and bacon.
